Fitness Event: Taba Congress 2013

Source

Have you heard of Taba (fat) Congress?

I have heard of the Fat Run but I did not know about this other event and I just chanced upon it in one of those Yahoo articles yesterday.  My colleague went there yesterday and based from his feedback, it was a great health and fitness event, particularly for those people who are struggling with excess weight and all those excess baggage that go with that.  I am particularly interested in the Automatic Reflective Diagnostic Kinetic (ARDK) health monitoring system.  It's a new technology that will give your health profile in a few minutes.  According to my colleague, if you avail of this at Bio-Safe Center, it will cost more than a thousand pesos, BUT at the Taba Congress, you only pay a hundred pesos, I guess as promotional fee.  I would really like to check this out!  I saw my colleague's four-page health profile and it gives you a good idea of how your internal organs are functioning.  Don't worry, they won't insert needles and it is not radioactive.  It's a non-invasive test that takes just a few minutes.

I just like to share it with you as some of you might like to attend.  This is happening July 26 - 28, 2013.  So if you're interested, today is just Day 2.  It's at the World Trade Center in Manila, Hall A, from 10 am to 8pm.  If plans don't change, I might be there tomorrow after running the Milo Marathon.

Do check out their website: Taba Congress  for more details and to see the official flyer.  See you there!

Haha, sis I so love its name, fits my belly, waaaa!!! As much as I wanted to attend sis, as usual, I'm not available and the venue is too far, oh my! How I wish I can get rid of my fat stomach sis, it's getting bigger and bigger, that's the reason why I don't want to go swimming, can't wear a swimsuit, lol!

  5. Although they say that I'm thin, but actually I have a super taba belly. People may not notice it pag sa front at back view, but the side view will tell everything. Hehehe...But I'm not concerned of losing it, feeling ko kasi sa genes na namin to eh? lol! I just want to justify. But I'm also interested in the ARDK health monitoring system, I'm concerned about my health but my location won't permit it. Sayang.

  16. I think it's also in my genes yun tendency to have a protruding belly...I have seen that in my aunts and cousins kaya I am being careful and conscious also...not just for aesthetic reasons but more for health.
