Infographic: Optimize Your Health

I thought this would be a good reminder to me, to keep striving for a healthier lifestyle.  With all the temptations around, it is easy to lose sight of my health goals sometimes.  To be honest, I still have a long way to go.  I still got some bad habits to break and more good habits to form.  You could say I'm still a work in progress. 

I'm sharing this to you, to help you on your health journeys and to serve as a guide.  Not everything will be applicable to everyone.  Just choose what works well for you.

  2. maintaining one's health practice is tough, it takes a lot of discipline...sometimes i fail to jog, got lazy sometimes or flunk to eat healthy foods...daming cheats haha
    btw, nice info graphic...

  6. I often do not get enough sleep because of my work. So I try my best to be active three times in a week. I started walking from Convergys G5 to BGC after my shift. Hopefully until the year ends exercising at the park during Sundays which will be my new rest days will be another thing to look forward to. That and joining more fun runs.

  7. I usually sit most of the day...perhaps the reason why my tummy grew..i became a bit lazy..need to walk and stand more..tiring but...must be done.

  10. Infographics! I love how you incorporate them into your blog entries to make the readers understand better. I am guilty of not exercising myself. Which is why I try to walk every afternoon to the jeepney stand instead of taking a cab going home. In that way, I still get to be mobile. I wish I had enough time to spare to go to the gym even if it's only twice a week.

  11. This is truly helpful! I guess, it's common sense and lots of discipline talaga to achieve our goals and the hardest is losing the last 5 pounds or so, hahaha!
